V miske zamie\u0161ame m\u00faku s kakaom a tie\u017e s kypriacim pr\u00e1\u0161kom. Primie\u0161ame s\u00f3du bikarb\u00f3nu a tie\u017e orechy, ktor\u00e9 sme posekali. N\u00e1sledne primie\u0161ame hork\u00fa \u010dokol\u00e1du spolu s bielou \u010dokol\u00e1dou. T\u00fato zmes nech\u00e1me v jednej mise a vezmeme si druh\u00fa. V tej zamie\u0161ame acidofiln\u00e9 mlieko s lik\u00e9rom a s vaj\u00ed\u010dkom. Rozpust\u00edme maslo a n\u00e1sledne ho prilejeme do druhej misky spolu s cukrom. V\u0161etko spolu premie\u0161ame.\u00a0Obe zmesi zmie\u0161ame dokopy a priprav\u00edme si jamky na plechu. M\u00f4\u017eeme pou\u017ei\u0165 aj ko\u0161\u00ed\u010dky na mafiny. Nalejeme do nich cesto tak aby neboli \u00faplne pln\u00e9 a d\u00e1me do r\u00fary, ktor\u00fa vopred predhrejeme na maxim\u00e1lnu teplotu 180 stup\u0148ov. Pe\u010denie bude trva\u0165 pribli\u017ene dvadsa\u0165 a\u017e dvadsa\u0165p\u00e4\u0165 min\u00fat. Potom mafiny vyberieme a nech\u00e1me vychladn\u00fa\u0165. \u010cokol\u00e1du s orie\u0161kami rozpust\u00edme a vychladnut\u00e9 mafiny \u0148ou polejeme.
